Every year Americans throw 13 million tons of textile material into landfills; natural fibers can take hundreds of years to decompose. To do our part, PCOP is now hosting a bin for textile recycling; a significant challenge to be addressed as we strive to move closer to a zero-landfill society.
We encourage the community to drop off any un-used clothing or shoes.
In addition, PCOP will receive monies back for every pound recycled; a win-win for the planet and everyone living on it.
