Book Club

Meets at 7:00 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month at church.


Christians Tackling Today’s Issues (C.T.T.I.’S)

Meets on scheduled Sundays at 11:30 a.m. in the classroom behind the kitchen.  Come with an open mind and be willing to learn, share and listen.  Pastor Gordon facilitates. 


Church Library – contains many books which can lift the spirits or provide inspiration. See Margaret Bertucci for help or more information.



Group meets once a month for sewing instruction and practice. For more information, contact Susan Newton.


Men’s Breakfast Club

Meets each Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the Original Pancake House, 15256 South Lagrange Road, Orland Park.


Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) 

Meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., September through May. Childcare is happily provided for children ages zero to five while the moms enjoy refreshments, DVD with discussion time, and creating a craft project to take home. Senior Luncheon & Devotions

Meets at noon on a Thursday each month, September through May. Please contact the church office for upcoming dates.


Thursday Evening Bible Discussion

Meets at 7:00 p.m. each Thursday from mid-March through November.

Meets at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesdays at church.

Appalachia Service Project (ASP)

Summer high school volunteer project to serve families in desperate need of housing repairs. Presbyterian Church in Orland Park has sent an adult and young person team for more than 20 years.

W.O.W. Arts for Kids 

W.O.W. is FULL for our Fall session. Please contact Cindy to be put on a waiting list or for information about our Winter/Spring session beginning in January, 2020: 708-448-8142;

You are invited to our fun, energetic after-school program for children ages 4 years through 9th grade.  We meet Wednesday's, 4:30-6:30 p.m.  Our fall session will be Sept. 25-Nov. 13.  Cost is just $40 for one child; $20 for each additional child from the same family and includes all meals, materials, and supplies. Please note that enrollment is limited to available space.

Halloween Baking Bonanza

Children ages 7-12 are invited to our "Halloween Baking Bonanza" on Tuesday, October 29. You will follow a recipe, make the treats, bake the treats, make a craft project while waiting, and then eat the treats! Free! Limit of 10 students.

Family Fall Weekend - September 2019

A fall family weekend spent relaxing on a beautiful bluff overlooking Lake Geneva. 

Horseback Trail Ride - Sunday, Sept. 29

We will take a trail ride through the forest preserves on Sunday, Sept. 29, 12:30-2:30 p.m.  Limited to 10 riders.  Cost $30/person includes the $5.00 license fee; Helmets provided at no charge. There are 3 spots left!


Trunk or Treat - Sunday, October 27

Everyone is welcome to come for "Trunk or Treat" on Sunday, Oct. 27, 1:00-3:00 p.m. FREE! This is a "rain or shine" event -- it be in the PCOP parking lot; in case of inclement weather, we will move indoors to our Fellowship Hall. Come and enjoy treats, games, and lots of fun!
