CHRISTMAS GIFT CARD PROGRAM

 

Shop the attached order form to find gifts for everyone on your list while contributing to the Presbyterian Church of Orland Park. While all cards are good for the full face value, up to 25 percent of the card’s face value will be contributed to PCOP.

 

Choose gift cards from almost 150 brands, including Best Buy, Amazon, The Home Depot, Chili’s, and many more. Whether you buy gift cards to give as presents to family and friends or use them yourself, your order brings a contribution to PCOP.

 

PCOP earns with every gift card purchased.

 

  • Cards do not have an expiration date and they do not lose value.
  • Never worry that your gift is the wrong size or color.
  • Buy for yourself and use at a later date – a great way to try out a new restaurant.
  • They are a great idea for out-of-town giving.

 

The program also offers cards for a number of travel services, including Delta and Southwest Airlines; Best Western, Cambria, Clarion, Double Tree, Fairmont, Embassy Suites, Sheraton, Hampton, and Hilton Hotels; Carnival, Holland America, and Royal Caribbean Cruises; and Disney. All Orders Must Be Received No Later Than December 5

 

To minimize shipping costs, all orders will be combined and submitted for fulfillment on Monday, December 5. No orders will be accepted after that date. Please note there is a $1.00 charge added to each order to offset shipping costs.

 

INSTRUCTIONSHere is how the program works:

 

FILL OUT AN ORDER FORM

  • Fill out an order form. You can call the church office, at 708-448-8142, and ask Laura to mail or email an order form to you or download it HERE.
  • Forms will also be available in the church office and on the front table.

 

DELIVER YOUR ORDER FORM

  • Scan both sides of the order form and email it to defulton@comcast.net
  • Take a photo of both sides of the form and email it to defulton@comcast.net
  • Mail the form to PCOP.
  • Drop off the form in the office at church.

 

PAY FOR YOUR ORDER

  • Mail your check, made out to PCOP, to church with a note identifying it for gift cards.
  • Stop by and drop a check (in an envelope) with Laura in the office.
  • Deliver a check to Dennis or Linda Fulton – we’re in church most weeks.

 

RECEIVE YOUR CARDS

You will receive a call or email from the church letting you know when the cards can be picked up. Please check with Laura to find a convenient time to receive your gift cards.  
All orders will be placed once on Monday, December 5.  Cards should be available no later than the following Monday, December 12.
